How to open it
On a Google Images search, click the Fullframe button in the toolbar or press Alt+Shift+G. With an image open in Google's side panel, you can also choose "Full screen" from its ⋮ menu.
On Mac, Alt corresponds to Option. Change your shortcut at chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
